FAQ

  • Staying in its own environment is more comfortable for your pet. You and your pet are saved from the stress of going to and from the kennel. Customized care is given so that your pet can maintain its regular routine. When you get home "after hours", you are likely to save money over kennels.

  • 2 weeks notice is required for all new clients in order to get a meet-and-greet scheduled. A meet and greet does not mean a job is booked. Not every job will be a good fit. Holidays such as the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas fill up quickly, so book at least one month in advance.

  • Cancellations of multi-day assignments with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. One week's notice is required prior to Thanksgiving and Christmas. After an assignment has begun, full payment is due regardless of early return (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Please use the "contact us" form on any available page or give us a call to book a service

  • Our goal is to match your pet with the same sitter each time and to give you and your pet the opportunity to meet the sitter beforehand unless there is an emergency.
